Trotec announces release of latest software update

Trotec, a leading global manufacturer of advanced laser machines for laser cutting, laser engraving and laser marking, has announced the launch of Ruby 2.5, a latest software update. The latest software brings more novelties and improvements. Since the first presentation of Ruby from Trotec two years ago, the laser software has been constantly developed.

With enhanced use of the ‘rotary attachment’, this new Trotec is designed to place multiple graphics on different positions around one job to save time, with exact positioning of multiple designs on a round object of designs for better results. Now, poorly recognisable registration marks can simply be skipped with a mouse click. Only a minimum number of register marks must be detected, so the accuracy of the cut is not affected. This saves time and reduces material loss.
