HEXIS Pure Zone films certified to combat COVID-19

HEXIS Group has announced that using its patented Pure Zone technology has been certified by several laboratories as active in combating the viral load of COVID-19. Reactive silver ions in the films have been found to inhibit bacteria and coronaviruses, preventing their spread. Pure Zone antimicrobial protective films show reduction of the presence of viruses in the blood by 95 percent after a contact of 15 minutes, and nearly 99.9 percent after a contact of one hour (compared to an untreated membrane).

A statement from HEXIS says that products available Pur060, PRZ150, Pure Cover with the company’s patented PURE ZONE Technology have been certified by several laboratories as active in combating the viral load of corona viruses. Developed and marketed since 2013, Pure Zone technology has been active in combating the viral load of coronaviruses. The antimicrobial films provide 24-hour preventive protection against bacteria and coronaviruses and safe when contacted with the skin.
