Arrow Digital presents Tecglass for new benchmark in glass printing

Arrow Digital introduces Tecglass that develops and provides a range of innovative digital printers that apply high-quality images and designs directly onto glass. The state-of-the-art Tecglass printers contain the latest eight colour ceramic inkjet heads (6 regular; Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, White and Black) and two optional channels for special effects).The new optional colours include pure magenta, platinum, anti-skid, pantone, RAL, frosted/acid etch, etc. This machine is suitable for all indoor & outdoor applications and large-scale architectural projects.

Vitrojetprints on glass with dimensions of 2.4m-3.3m in width and up to 12m in length with an unrivalled print resolution of 1440 x 720 dpi and an immense print speed of 90 sq m/hr. Tecglass is available in two models – the Vitrojet CR and Vitrojet MT. The major difference is that the MT has a moving table to carry the glass for the entire process, whereas the CR has a suction cup technology to lift and transport the glass. These printers have XAAR 1001 printheads with a patented ink recirculation system (IPT) at the nozzle level, that saves you time as the print heads are ready to fire whenever you need; ceramic inks in other systems tend to sediment (less waste).
