Arrow Digital-Efi introduce VUTEk D3r/D5r super-wide UV RTR printers

Arrow Digital-Efi announce the introduction of all new VUTEk D3r/5r roll-to-roll printers, which feature 7pL drop, LED UV-curing, and an impressive collection of optional accessories. The printers are considered to be the best and most versatile all-in-one, high-quality systems. These D-Series printers are unique as they support both White and Clear Inks for matte and glossy printing, while the other roll-to-roll products offer a choice between White or Clear Ink. The clear coat ink is printed inline, simultaneously with the image, without slowing down production speed. It can be printed either as full flood or selective and can have a matte or glossy finish with the same ink. The clear ink provides 3-years of outdoor protection against abrasion, chemicals, weather damage, UV fading, yellowing and air pollution. This makes the D series printers particularly suitable for a variety of unique premium applications, such as wall decorations and murals, window graphics, wall papers, floorings, high-value prints with selective gloss effects, fleet graphics, truck-side curtains, and more. The ‘cool cure’ LED technology empowers PSPs with the ability to do more for less.

They are positioned between the high-end VUTEk 3r+/5r+ and entry level EFI Pro 32r+ with production speeds up to 2540 sq ft/hr (VUTEk D3r) and 3068 sq ft/hr (VUTEk D5r). These printers incorporate all the latest technology advancements implemented recently in the VUTEk 3r+ & 5r+ and Pro 32r+. One of the best features of the D-Series printers is its fully automatic, patented, back-to-back printing using auto registration camera system, giving the most economical and accurate method of printing day/night balanced long signs and high resolution back lit graphics. All these features make the D5r/3r an ideal system for indoor, outdoor and fleet graphic applications.
