Three new textile printers from MTex

MTex has recently announced the launch of three new direct-to-textile printers—Dragon, Scorpion and Eagle. Each modular system offers variable droplets ranging from 3 to 24 pL and a maximum resolution of 1440 dpi. Dragon roll-to-roll printer is designed for producing signage, display graphics, and interior décor. It spans 74.8 inch and features eight print-heads for a 4 or 8colour configuration. The printer can produce images up to 1475 sq ft/hr in four-colour mode at 720 dpi.

Scorpion offers the option of roll-to-roll printing or an adhesive belt for stretched or knitted fabrics. Designed for the high-end fashion market, the Scorpion prints acid/pigment or reactive dyes at up to 5920 sq ft/hr on materials up to 74.8 inch wide. It offered with 16 or 32 heads with 4 or 8 colors. Then, Eagle also offers roll-to-roll imaging or an adhesive belt and the machine prints disperse or pigment inks up to 5845 sq ft/hr for applications such as display graphics and home textiles.
