R Tape releases new backlit display material

R Tape has released LumaPrint series of translucent, backlit polyester film, which is perfectly designed for backlit applications of all kinds for diverse environments. The new material is matte finish, PVC-free and available in three grades— LumaPrint Eco-Solvent, LumaPrint UV and LumaPrint Latex. LumaPrint Eco-Solvent is designed for eco-solvent and solvent printers, and it is available in rolls up to 60 inch wide. Meanwhile, LumaPrint Latex is for printing with latex inks and it is available in up to 87 inch widths. And LumaPrint UV is engineered for UV inkjet printing and is available in widths up to 60 inch. R Tape reports that the new line offers a high white point, wide colour gamut, and compatibility with more than 300 printer profiles for applications including tradeshow graphics, POP displays, and indoor and outdoor backlit displays.
