South Korean manufacturer InkTec has launched three new Jetrix printers to add to its range of roll-to-roll LED-UV flatbed printers. Building on the technology of its popular KX6 and KX7 models, the company has added the eight-channel LXi6 and LXi7 LED-UV flatbed printers. These high performance printers have been designed and developed to deliver high efficiency and come equipped with more advanced systems than their previous counterparts, including a smarter GUI. The stronger vacuum combined with functional and vibrant ink make them easy and convenient to us.
The smaller LXi6 takes media up to 2.5 x 1.28m and the LXi7 extends the media size up to 2.5 x 3.06 m, with both offering an optional enhanced roll-to-roll option. Capable to run at the top speeds of 78 sq m/hr with a maximum resolution of 1,080 dpi, both the systems are being pitched as a mid-range LED-UV flatbed printers for PSPs looking to enter wide-format or upgrade current equipment. The launch will be followed by the 1.9m wide LXiR190, which builds on the success of the larger LXiR320 but is a narrower version.
