Direct-to-corrugated printer from CET Color

CET Color, one of the leading manufacturers of wide-format UV flatbed and hybrid printers, has announced the launch of a direct-to-corrugated printer, which is a latest addition to the company’s machine portfolio. The newly introduced corrugated printing system is a state-of-the-art corrugated printer that features Kyocera printhead of 2,656 nozzles. The system is designed to print up to 492 ft/min on cardboard 0.43 inches thick and is 61.4 inches wide. According to a source from CET Color, this new system will open a fresh prospect in corrugated printing in both display graphics and packaging sectors. The source has added that the machine can literally eliminate make-ready time and will save us at least 1.5 hours in-between jobs and the ability to do variable data for the packaging industry and similarly for the signage professionals.
