Canon introduces new Oce Arizona 2200 Series

Latest from Canon is the new Oce Arizona 2200 Series of UV flatbed printers, which are designed with enhanced solution for PSPs, fine art print producers and photo labs. In order to address the demand for increased capacity and versatility without compromising on print quality, these newly released Oce Arizona 2260 and 2280 printers enable PSPs to capitalise on new market opportunities and explore a wider range of applications. Built on the success of the market-leading Arizona 600 series, the Océ Arizona 2200 series allows PSPs to meet shorter customer deadlines and improve production capacity by delivering sellable prints at speeds of up to 63.4 sq m/hr.

The new Onyx Thrive workflow solution coupled with the Océ ProCut digital cutting system in the new Oce Arizona Series further optimises productivity by supplying a seamless workflow right across all display graphics applications. PSPs are able to make the best use of substrates, minimise waste and benefit from additional cost savings via the automated finishing software, which pre-empts errors and eliminates costly reprints. The true flatbed architecture offers superb edge-to-edge and double sided printing on almost any rigid media, including unconventionally shaped, heavy, smooth or pre-cut media.
