Xanté upgrades Excelagraphix 4200 printer

Xanté releases its upgraded Excelagraphix 4200 printer to address corrugated containers. This newly badged Excelagraphix 4200P printer uses Memjet Waterfall printhead technology and specifically designed to accommodate thick stocks such as corrugated paperboard, foam board and liner board up to 5/8 inch thick and 42 inch wide. Featuring a new portable input table and automatic lift, the 5-color 4200P (CMYKK) can print up to 12-in./sec at 800 x 1600 dpi and up to 6-in./sec at 1600 x 1600 dpi. Excelagraphix 4200 can also print variable data at full speed, the company reports. It features dye-based aqueous inks and iQueue Workflow Software.
