SwissQprint launches Nyala 2, which is designed to be a new-generation printer, the largest, most productive and efficient machine in the Swiss manufacturer’s product range so far. What is most noticeable about this newly unpacked swissQprint flatbed printer is the visual similarity to its predecessor, the Nyala. The printing table of the new Nyala 2 is 25 percent larger than its sister model at 3.2 x 2 m. The device can be transported in one piece, which keeps the start-up time short, and above all ensures the functional stability of the already robustly built machine.
Nyala 2 works with the latest print head technology. This means that at a maximum speed of 206 sq m/h, the printer yields production quality results. Printing rates of this magnitude have so far only provided relatively coarse resolutions. In other words: Nyala 2 knows no draft mode. In its entirety, the system is the first of a new swissQprint printer generation.
