Signage industry will grow with UAE’s real estate and infrastructure development

SGI 2014 aims to welcome over 400 global exhibitors from across 30 countries and expects over 10000 trade visitors from over 75 countries to visit UAE during the show next year executing from January7- 9, 2014 at Dubai World Trade Center. International Expo Consults (IEC), part of the Falak Holding Group and organisers of ‘Sign and Graphic Imaging Middle East’ (SGI), the region’s largest sign and graphic imaging show predicts an exponential growth in this sector due to the growing real estate and infrastructure sector in the UAE and the region.

UAE is setting an example for the region and it is on a growth path and our industry is also set to grow due to the country’s growing real estate and infrastructure sector. With the Abu Dhabi metro and expansion of major malls and other townships the sign and graphic industry will surely grow as there will be a growing need for the same. “We are aiming to have a larger show this year as we enter our 17th edition. It has been a long journey and I am proud to say that we have grown each year and this edition will also be a special one,” said Mr. Abdul Rahman Falaknaz; Chairman of IEC.
