Planar announces new outdoor LED video wall displays

Digital display manufacturing major Planar has announced the newest addition to its Planar Luminate Ultra Series line of outdoor LED video wall displays. The new display system is a 1.2mm pixel pitch video wall, which is designed to deliver the finest outdoor pitch by using MicroLED technology. I can enable a 1.2mm pitch while also achieving superior performance in an outdoor rated LED display.

The finest outdoor pixel pitch LED available, the Planar Luminate Ultra Series 1.2mm utilises MicroLED technology to enhance the image with increased black levels and 150-degree visibility while a proprietary coating ensures outdoor ruggedness and enhanced high ambient light visual performance. It’s the 2022 rAVe Best of CEDIA Expo Award winning product in the best new outdoor display category.
