Kornit has achieved a significant industry milestone as Printing United Alliance has awarded the company’s flagship Atlas MAX POLY with Pinnacle Product Award for ‘Best Technology’. The prestigious awards single out those technologies predicted to have a significant impact on the world of digital textile printing—now and in the future. Kornit’s digital textile printing solution was recognised with the awards as being an industry-first direct-to-garment system delivering superior quality digital decoration for vibrant, colourful design on polyester and poly-blended apparel.
Kornit first announced the Atlas MAX POLY at Tel Aviv last year. The company’s intent was to help brands and producers capitalise on demand for fashionable, unique sportswear and apparel – combining polyester and poly-blends with vivid designs across a range of colours. The belief was the Atlas MAX POLY had the potential to transform the professional and recreational sport apparel and team-wear markets, currently limited by limitations in mass customization of polyester. Pinnacle Product award recognised the Atlas MAX POLY as an industry-first direct-to-garment solution.
