Josero to be renamed as Soyang Hardware Ltd

Soyang Europe is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of digital wide-format and superwide-format media and surface coverings. The company through its acquisition of Josero – a supplier of leading edge wide and superwide format print production hardware—has announced it is to bring the Josero business under the Soyang banner as part of a strategy to unify its operations and strengthen its overall market presence. Soyang Europe acquired specialist wide-format equipment dealer Josero in May 2022. Josero has since continued to operate under the Josero name in the 18 months since acquisition.

From January 1, 2024, Josero will be renamed as Soyang Hardware Ltd. The name change will also be accompanied by the rollout of a new logo. Through the acquisition, there will be no changes in various verticals between the two companies’ tasks and activities. The current machines/hardware offerings will remain unchanged, and customers will continue to experience the same high-quality service from a team of knowledgeable and experienced staff, but now all under the Soyang Europe umbrella.
