EFI demonstrates its award-winning Nozomi C18000 for corrugated printing at FESPA 2018

At the ongoing FESPA 2018 at Messe Berlin (Germany), EFI attracts crowd with the demonstration of its award-winning Nozomi C18000 system for corrugated printing. Nozomi C18000 won an EDP Award for corrugated printing and the system is known for fast job turns and rapid business growth in a single pass. With Nozomi C18000 printing firms supercharge their corrugated, packaging, and merchandise display printing capabilities with single-pass LED digital inkjet technology from EFI.

As run lengths and turnaround times morph, Nozomi C18000 is designed in such as way that one needs a cost-effective response to customer demands for even faster job turns, versioning and variable data, and just-in-time and on-demand printing while reducing inventory costs and waste. Everything can be done all with high-quality, high-speed digital LED printing up to 75 linear meters per minute on substrates up to 1.8 meters wide. EFI Nozomi C18000 can run up to 75 linear m/min (246 linear ft/m); 7,224 m2/hr (77,758 ft2/hr) (1.8 m x 3 m sheet) and it takes board/sheet sizes (W x L) from 61 cm x 61 cm (24 in x 24 in) minimum to 1.8 m x 3.0 m (71 in x 118 in) maximum.
