Direct Color Systems launches small-format UV LED to maximize production output

This newly introduced Direct Jet 1024UVMVP is a max volume production model designed to increase profitability by producing more, in less time, with the same industry-leading print quality that users have come to expect from DCS.

New and best in class enhancements of this printer include enhanced X-axis motion for up to a 20 percent increase in throughput over previous models; Bulk Ink System allowing for 100 percent utilisation of available ink; programmable and automatic circulation system of the entire white ink vessel; and ACS printhead anti-cure system for streamlined performance on reflective, shiny and/or mirrored surfaces.
