Brother’s latest DTG printer GTXpro features newly developed white printhead technology

GTXpro—the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printer from Brother—features a newly developed white printhead technology with inside ink circulation. This results in using less white ink for clearing. The new design of the white printhead allows the use of more nozzles compared to previous models. This allows up to 10 percent faster printing with special ‘fast mode’ print settings. The new DTG system is environment friendly, with OekoTex Passport and GOTS 5.0 certified Innobela Textile Inks. Sometimes less is more as less ink in GTXpro is used for cleaning with less process time is needed, there is less environmental impact, less space is needed, and there are less limitations.

GTXpro is quite a flexible system, easy printing on a wide variety of textiles such as trousers, shoes, caps and much more. Printing on various materials is possible, from cotton to silk or polyester – all with the same ink. The compact industrial design and size of the printer is suitable for all kinds of production environments.
