In a strategically planned location, Max Flex Imaging System Pvt Ltd has opened a new 5000 sq ft office cum showroom in the bustling Oshiwara area of North Mumbai. The company unveils this second office in Mumbai with an objective to meet demands of their clients who have offices in Andheri area and additionally where many media houses and publications have strong presence. While operating successfully out of their Elphinstone office over the last 15 years, Hitesh Jabalia, director, Max Flex Imaging System expressed his jubilation over the timeliness to meet demands of their clients across the city. “Since customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us we have also purchased three more delivery vans to ensure that we respond to orders without the hassle of delays due to the ever increasing traffic issues,” mentioned Hitesh.

State-of-the-art facility: Having strength of 20 staffs, Max Flex Imaging System’s new office is unique for its overall facilities. It has four director’s cabins and well-designed lobby as a waiting area. “Since we’ve always striven to ensure that our customers have no reason to complain, it was a matter of time before we expanded our presence and now that we are fully operational out of this pocket. I’m sure it will make our clients more confident in our ability to serve them efficiently,” said Hitesh.

Concerning what all printing consumables will be kept in the new office, Hitesh said, “We have a special temperature controlled space for materials to be preserved appropriately bearing in mind the climatic conditions. All products will be stocked here and dispatched from the premises.”

Business havoc: As long as overall hassles in the industry are concerned, anti-dumping duty on printing plates and current dollar depreciation are main considerations for every player in this sector. Talking at length about anti-dumping, Hitesh asserted, “Honestly, I’m not happy with this policy but it’s a monopoly game and quite frankly our customers have been expressing their displeasure over this move. However, I’m positive that this should not affect our business much. With the shift to digital medium there has been ample scope for everyone to flourish since it involves economically viable.”

Reception at Max Flex’s New Office 
Next move: Max Flex Imaging System is planning to grab some new companies to add in the list comprising Agfa, Kodak and Starflex. “We definitely are planning to take on more clients for distribution. One of them is the Big Inkjet Photo Market as well as CSIS Ink which will be under our brand name and will be 60 percent cheaper for consumers,” stated Hitesh.

After the inauguration of this up-to-date second office in Mumbai, Max Flex Imaging System is moving over to Ahemedabad for a similar set-up. “It will be followed by corporate offices in Cochin, Kolkata and Delhi. In fact, plans are underway to construct our own office buildings,” announced Hitesh adding that the company is also setting up a chemical factory in Badlapur as licensing and permissions are much easier to come by.
