Vimal plans to open 38 new stores

Flagship textile brand of Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries, Vimal, plans to add at least 38 stores to its retail network this fiscal FY 2011. The company currently has more than 380 stores pan-India and it has also been planned that it also continue to support franchisees in order to enhance the brand. RIL manufactures over 12,000 design-shade combinations every year in polyester wool and woollen, polyester viscose and woollen fabrics under the Vimal-brand. Vimal’s expansion of 38 new stores will deliver a new business opportunity to a number of signage players extensively engaged in in-store sector.
