Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons said it has lately expanded to India, aiming to set up 120 outlets in the country over the next three months. The brand is currently concentrated on growth in North India with intentions to later expand to regions like Mumbai, Pune, Surat, and Ahmedabad, confirms a high-level source of the company’s India division. Presently, the chain runs six outlets around India, mostly in the Delhi-NCR and Chandigarh. The company’s immediate focus on opening 20 new stores, followed by another 50 stores over the course of the next 12 months and 120 in a span of 36 months (3 years) is an added business opportunity for the signage companies engaging in in-store graphic and branding projects.
