At PacPrint 2025, Mutoh is officially introducing the new eco-solvent print & cut inkjet printer—XpertJet C641SR Pro. This fast and compact printer is also lightweight and achieves high image quality and high productivity by adopting the acclaimed ‘AccuFine’ print head from the XpertJet Pro series. Additionally, the newly developed cutting function supports contour-cut and through-cut modes. With four different output methods, this machine can be used for a wide variety of applications and purposes, expanding the range of print businesses. The 24″ XpertJet C641SR Pro delivers the highest ‘Made in Japan Quality’ for stickers, HTV apparel, posters, vehicle graphics, banners, decals, indoor and outdoor signs & POP.
With the increased size in comparison to conventional print head models, AccuFine’s nozzle row length improves the printing speed. Productivity is improved by up to 131 percent compared to previous machines. Moreover, the ink droplets are denser than with conventional print heads, which leads to significant improvement in inkdrop landing accuracy. By reducing ink landing misalignment, image quality deterioration is reduced, which enables high-quality printing with little banding even at high speed. The XpertJet C641SR Pro comes equipped with a newly developed cutter. This model supports both contour-cut and through-cut cutting methods that can be selected according to production needs.
