Mother Dairy forayed into the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment with the launch of its first cafe in Noida, Delhi-NCR. Named ‘Cafe Delights’, the newly-opened eatery will serve holistic food options and delicacies from across the country. The restaurant will have both dine-in as well as take away options. Such initiatives also imply the relevance of farmers and their contribution in the overall food chain, which can never be replaced. In addition, company plans to open around 60 outlets in Delhi-NCR over the next 12 months. Mother Dairy’s new restaurant and new outlet expansion plan is an added business opportunity for the signage companies whose activities involve in in-store branding, graphic and such projects.
