Insight acquires Caldron Graphics’ HP Latex business

Insight Print Communications continues its strategic expansion through targeted acquisitions. Following its successful acquisition of Trisita Marketing’s business last year, the company has acquired Caldron Graphics’ signage and display division to further solidify its position in the market, particularly in the sale and support of HP Latex range of wide-format printers. Insight and Caldron have established themselves as the premier channel partners of HP for the Latex range of wide-format printing solutions over the last 15 years. Ajay Aggarwal, MD & CEO of Insight Print Communications, says, “This strategic decision will enable us to redirect our efforts toward enhancing the value we bring to our customers. Insight has been on a high growth trajectory since the pandemic, and we have plans to grow both organically as well as through inorganic means. Insight incorporated its vision to ‘help the print industry transition to digital’ after diluting our stake in the Komori range of analogue offset press sales business.”
