HP certifies ImagePerfect vinyl from Spandex

For use with HP Latex 300 Series printers, HP Inc announces the certification of Spandex’s ImagePerfect substrates. The company certifies 10 of the media manufacturer’s substrates, verifying certain substrates that are suitable for use with HP Latex Inks and therefore provides sign makers and PSPs with peace of mind when looking for new compatible materials. The 10 ImagePerfect vinyl substrates will ensure signage professionals gain the very best quality output when using Spandex materials.

The newly certified substrates include a range of 10 self-adhesive vinyls which, combined with HP Latex Inks are scratch resistant* and suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. The certified materials are listed namely as ImagePerfect 2503 Plus, 2503PA Plus, 2504, 2506, 2506PA, 2553, 2553PA, 2554, 2556 and 2556PA. In 2015, Spandex also launched a series of free printer profiles for its compatible ImagePerfect substrates for use with the HP Latex 300 series of printers.
