Digital Sign Technologies introduced new model 7XL of ‘Print Head Doctor’

Digital Sign Technologies releases a new 7XL model of their flagship product Print Head Doctor, an automated system for recovery and maintenance of inkjet printheads. It is equipped with an extra-large ultrasonic tank, capable of fitting bigger print heads such as Kyocera KJ4A/B, Konica-Minolta 1024, HP C874X and others. The model 7 makes printhead recovery safer and more effective thanks to its additional vacuum pumps and the use of Sonic Reverse Flushing technology.

The new technology uses vacuum in combination with a controlled amount of fluidic pressure to clean printheads sensitive to the internal pressure. Print Head Doctor 7XL can be used for both recovery and regular maintenance of the print heads, greatly extending their service life.
