Diamond Display Solution, Bengaluru adopts first-of-its kind AXYZ router

Diamond Display Solution, Bengaluru has installed one- of-its-kind CNC Router from AXYZ Automation. This CNC router is a huge 5 ft width by 26 ft length with a dual Y head configuration. Such unique features of the machine adjust three cutting heads to be mounted on a single gantry, allowing duplicate cutting of the same material to increase productivity. The 26 ft table allows two sheets of materials to be placed on the table and processed one after the other without stopping the machine. This unique process is referred as ‘pendulum processing’, which is one of the unique hallmarks of AXYZ CNC router.
