With a focus towards a sustainable print eco system, ColorJet has launched two new inkjet printers—SONIQ HQ & FLAGJET—which were unwrapped in a big way at the recent Media Expo Mumbai 2020 by MS Dadu, Chairman of ColorJet Group. Explaining the competencies of the two newly launched inkjet systems, Smarth Bansal, DGM – Product Management said that SONIQ HQ is a 3.2 m indoor & outdoor high quality eco-solvent printer that can print up to a speed of 1175 sq ft/hr. “It supports all types of eco-solvent and solvent base media such as canvas, SAV, PVC banner, backlit film, window film along with biodegradable & recyclable fabric solutions using ColorJet’s indigenous BioPrint Technology.”
Smarth continues, “Whereas, FLAGJET is a 1.8 m direct-to-fabric sublimation printer that has been designed especially for flags and cloth banner printing. It easily prints on polyester base fabric and also uses environment friendly aqueous-based inks which are Oeko Tex approved internationally.” He adds that ColorJet has internationally accepted manufacturing facilities which produce precision engineered machines of the highest quality. “We have the pride for the fact that we are the only Indian manufacturer who produces inkjet printers in India, with 75 percent manufacturing value addition. With our local operations, we serve our Indian customers readily, in terms of service and spare parts,” he asserts. Commenting on the market scenario, Deborshi Paul Chaudhary, GM – Apsom Infotex Ltd said, “With changing market scenario, we bring out new products time and again.
