Caldron Graphics set to exhibit vast range of printers at APPPEXPO 09, Shanghai Stall 43, Hall W-3

New Delhi-based Caldron Graphics, with their new established Chinese subsidiary Guangzhou Crystaljet Industry Co Ltd, is poised to present a line of wide-format printers including CJ9000, CJ7000, CJ6000, CJ3000 and CJ1000 at Shanghai International Apppexpo 09 scheduled to be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center from July 7-10, 2009.

CJ-9000 is a four-colour printer, having two variants, including instant strong power by 16pcs 510 Seiko printhead providing incredible print speed up to 200 sqm/hr in 3-pass production mode; and 8pcs 1020 Seiko printhead with an expandable tray to add four more printheads hence increasing the speed up to 300 sqm/hr. Its highlighted features include: industrial negative ink supply system, automatic positive and negative pressure flush, sealed up drying system, ink temperature control system, pastern roller feeding system, double railway design, powerful ventilation system and LED lighting system etc.

Equipped with Japanese SPT GS brand new printhead of high technology with the features like T-LVD print technology, three level variable drop size from 12 pl to 36 pl, high fire frequency by 17KHZ, 192 bit high-fidelity colour, CJ7000 is a super high resolution printer offering speed up to 49 sqm/hr in 4-pass production mode and an option of 2×4 heads for doubling the speed. While with speed up to 100 sqm/hr in three passes, CJ-6000 features 220mm overwide print platform, single colour positive flush, intelligent preheating and drying, auto printhead protector system, LED printing as well as flush light, and automatic repeat printing of single document, etc.

CJ-3000 is one of the most cost effective systems with speed up to 100 sqm/hr in three-pass. It features: high-frequency servo motor system with long life, high accuracy, and quick response; single colour positive flush, which save ink and reduces the cost of production; over wide print platform design, allowing to load more head and easy upgrade; auto head protector for keeping the printhead in good condition; auto front cover flip and sliding door design bringing great convenience while operation; LED lighting system ensuring more convenience; and the power of media adsorption which can be adjusted avoiding printhead scratching the media.

With 12pl drop size and resolution up to 1440 dpi, CJ1000 1.8m printer allows 4-colour and 6-colour printing on several types of indoor media such as PP sticker, high glass photo paper, backlit film, etc. Its highlighted features include: SPT 255 which can be used on solvent and eco-solvent ink; auto negative flush, indoor printer equipment, easier operation and maintenance; waste ink recycle device, much lower printing cost; and the latest constant ink supply system, enhancing the stability of the ink supply system.
