ColorJet launching 3.2 m VULCAN UV LED RTR printer at Media Expo 2017 in New Delhi

ColorJet India Ltd has geared up to launch VULCAN, its latest innovation, which is a high speed 3.2 m UV LED Roll-to-Roll (RTR) printer at Media Expo 2017, which is scheduled from September 22-24 at Pragati Maidan , New Delhi. Visitors can catch printer live at the company’s Stall C67 in Hall 11. The printer will also be exhibited at Visual Impact to be held in October 2017 at Sydney, Australia. VULCAN is empowered with the V8 technology, an immense combination of superlative print quality, smart memory utilisation, speedy communication with advance cabling system, and thermal design technology. It also offers benefits of multi-tasking and multithreading to speed up the printing operations, which maximize productivity.

VULCAN is equipped with an advance industrial head (Industrial Grade Jetting Assembly) with great expanding capability that enormously enhance productivity and profitability. It prints at the speeds of up to 120 m/hr and is a complete solution, offering White printing, Flexi Layer technologies and a LED Light Box System. Additionally, VULCAN offers advance motorised carriage height adjustment, automatic ink regulator, LED lamps, advance plasma anti-static device, high-tech vacuum system, pneumatic press rubber roller, reinforced beams, and carriage safety sensor features. Also, the printer is loaded with an Eco Cooling System, in which the water cooling system is embedded and thereby maintains printing temperature and removes media wrinkle to ensure high quality prints.
