Ardee Group plans Diwali launch of its mall in Gurgaon

Here is a big business opportunity coming up for the signage companies whose activities involve in mall branding, in-store graphics and such related projects as New Delhi-based real estate company Ardee Group is reviving a stalled shopping mall in Gurgaon after the sprawling property gathered dust for about a decade amid a legal tussle among family members. By Diwali, the 250,000-sq ft Ardee City Mall is scheduled to open its gates and the company has already signed up or is in talks with iconic brands to serve as anchor stores. Among the brands likely to rent space in the mall are H&M, Marks & Spencer, department store chain Iconics, and global fast-food chains KFC and Burger King. Real estate consultancy CBRE is advising the mall.
