Aligned with the company’s continued focus on innovation and business growth, HP Inc has announced Xavi Regue as Vice President, Go-to-Market for the Large Format business. He took the helm w.e.f. June 1, 2025, succeeding Michael Boyle who has taken a new role as Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Central and Eastern European market. Xavi brings nearly 20 years of experience at HP, most recently serving as Global Head of Office Print Category. He has a strong track record of driving product innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial success across global markets. Xavi is a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of HP’s business, culture, and customers. Over his many years at HP, he has consistently demonstrated an ability to lead high performing teams and drive sustainable growth in dynamic market landscapes, according to David McQuarrie, HP Chief Commercial Officer. Xavi’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the Large Format business.
