Unitech, the second-largest real estate company in the country, plans to develop about two million sq ft of shopping malls across the country, in the next three years. According to a company executive, the realtor is focusing on developing retail outlets across Noida, Mohali, Kolkata, Kochi, Bangalore, Lucknow, and Dehradun, among others. Gardens Galleria and Great India Place are among the retail malls from the Unitech stable. Such a rapid development plan of Unitech will boost the business opportunity of many companies engaging extensively in in-shop signs and displays.
