Two ColorJet VERVE Mini printers installed at Inspire CNC Manufacturing in Hinckley

Quality Print Services (QPS), an authorised UK dealer of ColorJet India, has installed two ColorJet VERVE Mini LED UV printers at Hinckley-based Inspire CNC Manufacturing. The signage major adopts the new UV printers to increase output and take on more innovative graphic projects and related tasks. Family-run Inspire CNC Manufacturing Ltd offers a range of services but specialises in novelty vintage street signs for both the trade and public. Production facility of the company has already installed a line of CNC routers, laser cutters and framing equipment but recently made the move into UV printing to expand its offering with the installation of the two ColorJet VERVE Mini LED UV printers.

Inspire CNC Manufacturing opted for purchasing the two ColorJet VERVE Mini LED UV printers, with both machines being installed at its Hinckley facilit. The company had done research into ColorJet and compared them to other machines; it seemed that the ColorJet overall was good value for money for Inspire CNC Manufacturing, In this, a source from the company further mentioned that they chose to have two of the ColorJet printers which have been a great asset to their facility. Flexibility of the ColorJet VERVE Mini is that the machine can print on a range of materials in thicknesses from 3mm to 22mm, including glass, alupanel, MDF and plywood. Work currently being produced on the printers includes small gifts and plaques.
