Swiss-German company ATP Adhesive Systems acquires Neschen

ATP adhesive systems AG (ATP), a global leader in solvent-free adhesive technologies, has announced the acquisition of Neschen Coating GmbH. Neschen, a Blue Cap AG company, is a well-known manufacturer of solvent-free adhesive products. It was bought from insolvency by Blue Cap AG in 2016. At the time of Starleaton’s 2024 insolvency, administrators Cathro Partners listed its debt to Neschen Coatings AG. Neschen was founded in 1889 and bought by Hans Neschen in 1946. ATP is a Swiss-German company and winner of Delloit’s ‘Best Managed Company’ in 2023. This strategic acquisition is a pivotal step in ATP’s mission to enhance production capacity, further its commitment to sustainable products, and strengthen its supply chain resiliency.
