Siser performs smooth with ‘Romeo & Juliet’ cutters

Italian company Siser’s products are often associated with heat transfer and coloured or holographic vinyl films. The company is a leader in this field. But Siser also makes nifty cutters named ‘Romeo’ (24″/610mm) – and ‘Juliet’ (12″/305mm). There is also very capable software suite called Leonardo Pro Design Studio, available on subscription. The non-Pro version is free to use but Pro handles PDFs and has many features that serious sign and label/sticker printers need.

Siser has branded its compact cutters ‘Romeo and Juliet’ since the setting for William Shakespeare’s famous play. Sometimes, a smaller desktop shape cutter is the answer for one-off, prototype, studio or short run sign and label jobs. Heat transfers, a Siser specialty, and sports names/numbers are further applications. Siser Romeo cutter is a 610mm device with advanced features such as camera. ‘Romeo’ being a 610mm cutter is probably more applicable to professionals but the smaller ‘Juliet’ could easily sit on a studio desktop for fast samples and prototpes.
