Shoppers Stop opens its 73rd outlet in the country

Shoppers Stop has opened its 73rd outlet in the country at Mangalore. Opening of the new outlet has marked the retail chain having 73 stores across 34 cities in the country. Shoppers Stop has planned to open five more outlets in places such as Delhi, Meerut and Kolhapur by the end of the current financial year, according to a source from the company. In Karnataka, Shoppers Stop has eight stores in Bangalore and one in Mysore. The newly opened Mangalore outlet is spread over 56,000 sq ft at Forum Fiza Mall in the city. Such boost in the retail segment with the unveiling of new high-end stores will bring in fresh business opportunity for the signage players whose activities involve in in-shop displays, designs and related activities.
