SEAL 65 PRO MD top-of-the-range laminator/encapsulator/mounter soon to be launched

Billed as ‘the most advanced laminator in the world’, SEAL 65 PRO MD was first shown at the SGIA show, Las Vegas in October. The machine created a sensation with its sheer speed, it is unbeatable and it unbeatably runs thermal laminate twice as fast as any other machine and encapsulating at 4.6 m/min. This is the dream machine for high productivity laminating shops and, being designed and made in Neschen’s US factory, the build and quality are just outstanding.

SEAL 65 PRO MD is 76mm wider than previous SEAL Pro models. A new easy-to-use touch-screen control panel puts all adjustments at the operator’s fingertips – from both sides of the machine thanks to the swivel-arm mount. The bi-directional operation means that hot and cold laminating jobs can be run consecutively, without waiting for the front rollers to cool down. Precise nip and temperature are displayed on the LCD panel for top and bottom rollers.
