Roland unveils HeatSoft garment transfer material

Roland has expanded its R-Wear line of custom apparel solutions with HeatSoft, a heat transfer solution for the apparel decoration market. The HeatSoft solution combines new ESM-HTM2 heat transfer media with PGM-PTM polyester transfer mask to deliver vibrant colour, fine details and superior bonding with cotton and cotton-blend garments. Offered at a very competitive price point, Roland’s new HTM solution has been developed specifically for Roland’s ECO-SOL MAX ink and is supported by Roland VersaCAMM, VersaArt and SOLJET eco-solvent inkjets.

Roland’s newest garment transfer material is a 1.7 mil inkjet coated, synthetic fabric transfer material perfect for high-resolution full-colour printing with excellent opacity and white point characteristics. The media can be printed, cut and then transferred to light or dark cotton and cotton blend garments. The new material is designed to conform to complex areas of a garment without altering the garment’s original fit.
