Roland DG scales up speed of VersaOBJECT LO-640/300 UV

Roland VersaOBJECT LO-640/300 UV printer delivers exceptional versatility and up to three times more productivity than the previous generation device. With its ability to print detailed graphics on media up to 242 mm in height and 100sqkg/m in weight, substrates and objects such as plastic, leather, and wood, are easily customised with a high degree of accuracy. Supported by 750ml EUV5 inks in CMYKOrRe plus Gloss, White, and Primer options, Roland VersaOBJECT LO-640/300 UV printer provides rich, vivid expressions and accurate reproduction of brand colours.

Use of Gloss ink in the VersaOBJECT LO-640/300 UV printer produces unique effects such as matte or gloss textures along with embossing. For challenging surfaces, printable primer offers increased print adhesion, making it ideal for personalising a large variety of consumer or industrial products. The LO Series also come as standard with the latest VersaWorks 7 RIP software, which has vastly enhanced processing capacity, a new modern interface and has native support for Windows and macOS. In addition, LO Series printers are compatible with Roland DG Connect, a comprehensive cloud platform providing information such as operating status and profit calculations to help users streamline their workflow, and PrintAutoMate, which supports high-mix, low-volume printing to realise more efficient and accurate personalisation services.
