Presto goes on an expansion spree of 500 retail stores

Presto, a personalized gifts retailer, is planning to open 500 retail stores by 2014. It has recently opened six outlets in Bangalore, Cochin, Pollachi, Dimapur, Ranchi, and Kolkata. The latest store which has opened in Bangalore this month is Presto’s fifth franchisee outlet at Banergatta Road. Presto will soon open another store in Bangalore at Phoenix Market City mall. Announced the setting of an additional state-of-art production-unit-cum-warehouse spreading across 15,000 sq ft at Kolkata, to facilitate the support system and entire supply system management by the end of this year. Such a mega expansion of Presto will be an added advantage for new business for the signage companies dealing in the in-store displays and signages.
