ORAFOL introduces ‘true & gold standard’ anti-graffiti film

Building on the technology of its Oraguard 372 Anti-Graffiti Polyester Overlaminate Film, ORAFOL has launched a new anti-graffiti film – Oralite 5095 which it says delivers against all three ‘gold standard’ requirements: protection, durability and clarity, claiming the film as now being ‘the first choice anti-graffiti film for leading traffic sign manufacturers. With a service life of up to 10 years under vertical outdoor exposure, Oralite 5095 is specifically designed to provide long-term protection against soiling, damage, and wear, whilst still maintaining the signage quality and reflectivity.

The new film features an ultra-transparent design ‘to preserves the photometric performance and daylight colours’, meeting or surpassing recognised international standards. It has been tested, when adhered to aluminium, for resistance down to -56°C and up to 90°C, against a shelf life of two years. Oralite 5095 also features a solvent polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive with an adhesive power of 18 N/25 mm (FINAT TM 1), to ensure a secure, long-lasting bond on surfaces such as aluminium, stainless steel and reflective sheeting, including digital and UV digital printed surfaces. The film’s 143gsm silicone-coated release liner ensures easy handling and application too.
