Leading online fashion retailer Yepme has forayed into the brick-and-mortar format as the company is planning to have 400 outlets by the end of this fiscal. The company, which has opted for omni channel growth by recently opening four stores in Gurgaon, is aiming to have its presence in around 550 district of the country in the next 4-5 years. According to a source from the company, out of these 400 outlets, 20 percent will be in metro cities and rest all in small towns. Such new development in the retail sector, witnessing foray of even online players into the physical space, will be a fresh business opportunity for the signage players engaging in in-store displays, designs and such tasks.
