MUTOH releases XpertJet 1682SR Pro dual printhead printer

MUTOH America announces the launch of XpertJet 1682SR Pro—its latest addition to its eco-solvent line. This new dual-staggered AccuFine HD printheads have the power to print up to 89 percent faster than the current model. Optimised by MUTOH’s very own i-screen technology, print with even more confidence knowing that every print job will be smoother than before. Other key features of the XpertJet 1682SR Pro include: Dropmaster 2 automatically calibrates bi-directional alignments that save time and reducing adjustment variations among printer operators. The Feed Master sensor of the printer allows for automatic media feed adjustments. Its Nozzle Area Select will reduce downtime by allowing you to temporarily turn off clogged print nozzle blocks and select active nozzle blocks for printing. Pairing this feature with the optional Automatic Nozzle Detection Unit will allow you to achieve seamless print jobs.
