Media Expo Mumbai 2023 marks spectacular 50th grand edition

The golden jubilee edition witnesses 32 new entrants.

Rohit Yajnik, Head – Non-Fare Revenue and Branding, Mumbai Metro One Pvt Ltd; Devang Sheth, Secretary, Screen Graphics Association of India; Junaid Shaikh, Managing Director, Roshan Space Brandcom Pvt Ltd; Raj Manek, Managing Director, Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs Pvt Ltd; and Winston Pereira, General Manager, Messe Frankfurt India Trade Fairs Pvt Ltd. Rohit Yajnik said, “There has been a huge amount of progress over the last few years in the printing & signage segments. Clients’ interests and preferences are tilting towards eco-friendly solutions that give a better feel to the brands.” He adds that consumers these days are largely aiming for materials that are economically feasible as well as sustainable to the environment.

It gives me great pleasure as we inaugurate the grand 50th edition. The show will for the first time see a new zone dedicated to industrial screen printing, Industrial Print Excellence Awards and two panel discussions with a workshop. The strategic decision of hosting the panel discussions alongside the show will give the exhibitors, business visitors, speakers and delegates the perfect combination of a comprehensive platform to source new solutions and gain knowledge. The tradeshow also attracts a myriad of visitors.”

Colour ManagementThe opening day witnessed a panel discussion on ‘Colour Management’ that delves into the insights of colour management in contemporary printing, future of colour management as well as what brands and end-consumers are looking for in terms of colour and print. The expo is backed by top industry associations such as Delhi Printers Association (DPA), The Bombay Master Printer’s Association (BMPA), Mumbai Mudrak Sangh (MMS), Offset Printer’s Association (OPA) and MSME Promotion Council. The Screen Print India – Industrial zone is supported by The European Specialist Printing Manufacturers Association (ESMA) and Screen-Printing Graphics Association of India (SGAI). Three days of the expo will continue till March 4, 2023.
