Markzware’s new release features expanded Adobe 2026 and QuarkXPress 2026 compatibility, enhanced export capabilities, and critical improvements to file handling and recovery. The company announced significant updates to its conversion and preflighting solutions, such as FlightCheck, IDMarkz, QXPMarkz, and OmniMarkz. The preflight solution now supports Adobe Creative Cloud 2026 products, QuarkXPress 2026, and the new Affinity applications, broadening compatibility across professional design platforms. A significant enhancement is the new ability to export reports as PDF, streamlining workflow documentation and enabling users to create portable, professional-quality preflight reports for easy distribution to clients and colleagues.
FlightCheck 2026 also includes fixes for Photoshop files saved from Photopea, enhanced detection of Content Credentials and Generative AI metadata in Photoshop documents, and resolved parsing issues with JPEG images created by Topaz. OmniMarkz receives comprehensive enhancements, including support for Adobe 2026, QuarkXPress 2026, Affinity compatibility, and improved recovery of corrupt QuarkXPress and Adobe InDesign files. Microsoft Publisher migration support has been enhanced, helping Microsoft users convert to other design formats. The update addresses numerous technical issues, including font size handling in QuarkXPress 2020 and newer, left indent settings for QuarkXPress 9 files, spacing issues in PDF text, font style detection in QuarkXPress 2024 and older, negative first indent corrections in PDFs, and text box chaining in Microsoft Publisher documents.
