Malaysian restaurant chain Kenny Rogers to debut in India

Eyeing a turnover of 200-crore by 2021, Malaysia’s chicken-based restaurants chain Kenny Rogers Roasters will open its first outlet in India later this month and is aiming to take the overall count to up to 50 in the next five years, while it has set a revenue target of Rs 200 crore by 2021. It will open its first restaurant in the Gardens Galleria Mall, Noida on October 21. According to a source from the company, it has been announced that Kenny Rogers is looking at opening 8-10 restaurants by the end of calendar year 2017 in north India; after that all other parts of the country. Signage companies, particularly those engage in in-shop branding and displays, must grab this new opportunity for new in-store projects.
