Mafatlal Industries, the flagship company of the Arvind Mafatlal group, plans to enhance its presence in Tier II and III cities with a larger fabric portfolio, as metro markets are witnessing clutter and saturation. The textile company, having merged group company Mafatlal Denims with itself, now has denim as part of fabrics portfolio apart from the usual yarn dyed suiting, voiles, linens and bleached white fabric. New footprints of Mafatlal in the new retail domain would bring in a fresh business opportunity which signage players can tap in the segment.
