French bakery and patisserie chain L’Opéra has announced the opening of new Art Café in New Delhi. Located on MG Road, the new cafe is the second, revisited and expanded edition of the initial concept which was inaugurated by the Honourable Minister of State, Madam Neelakshi Lekhi and HE Ambassador of France Mr Emmanuel Lenain at Bikaner House.
