Liberty shoes draws plan to open 100 new stores

India’s leading home-grown footwear brand Liberty dhoes is planning to add 100 stores this fiscal on the back of a strong recovery in consumption visible in recent month’s stores. The Company is betting big on tier-II and III cities for growth in the Indian market and plans to add 100 stores this fiscal to strengthen its retail presence there. These will be a mix of company-owned and operated stores (COCO) and franchise-run stores. Along with its retail expansion, the footwear maker also brings a new business opportunity for the signage companies engaging in store graphics, branding and such projects.
